Before you get started
Is there a subscription?
No. Creating an account and using the property management tools is free. Optional services have their own terms. Ossina handover includes two inspections when the tenancy’s security deposit is placed with Ossina.
Can I add all my units for free?
Yes. Free use covers all your units, whether you manage one apartment or several properties.
Do I have to book a service?
No. You can use Ossina to manage your properties yourself. Services are there if you need help, and you can keep using the free tools without booking anything.
Can I record rent paid in cash?
Yes. Record payments you collect yourself and track them against the relevant unit and lease. You do not need to book rent collection to keep your records.
Can you help me find a tenant?
Yes. Finding a tenant for a vacant unit is a separate paid service you can request through Ossina.
What does Ossina handover cost?
The initial and move-out inspections are included when the tenancy’s security deposit is placed with Ossina. Review the deposit holding and release terms, including any applicable charges, before activating the service.
Can I use Ossina handover for an existing tenancy?
Yes. You can transfer the tenancy’s security deposit to Ossina and arrange an initial inspection. That report records the apartment’s current condition, rather than its condition before the tenant moved in. A second inspection takes place at move-out.
Can I use Ossina in Arabic?
Yes. Ossina is available in Arabic and English, so you can work in the language you prefer.
