My tenants pay cash. Does that still work?
Yes. Cash is a first-class payment in Ossina. Log what the doorman or you collect by hand, and it reconciles into the same ledger as card and InstaPay. Nothing gets left in a notebook.
Is it in Arabic?
Fully. The whole product works in Egyptian Arabic with right-to-left layout, and tenants get their reminders and receipts in Arabic too. English is there whenever you want it.
Is switching from my current setup hard?
